Our Design-Build Process

In-Home Consultation

Proposal & Agreement
Once we've outlined the details, we prepare a clear, transparent proposal for your review. You'll know exactly what's included, from materials and timelines to pricing and expectations. When you're ready to move forward, we schedule your project and handle all the planning details.
Construction & Communication
Our experienced team and trusted trade partners get to work. You can expect reliable communication, a clean jobsite, and respectful professionals who treat your home like their own. We coordinate every phase of construction to keep things running smoothly and on schedule.
Final Walkthrough & Completion
Before we wrap up, we walk through your finished space with you to ensure every detail meets our standards, and yours. We make sure you're completely satisfied, answer any final questions, and stand behind our work with a one-year workmanship warranty.
